r002 - Data protection, the use of data & privacy.

Data protection within the Avantian Federation is important to maintain a level of trust in preserving a blanket of data containment to respect the wishes of a person, objective or purpose, the strictly deter misconduct and misuse.

It is supported that all data, regardless of period withheld or reason, is to be strictly monitored, where necessary, by trusted users and persons. (2-[]).

Provision [1] defines the data boundaries.

In digital form.

Provision [2] defines how data should be used and the responsibilities of persons in control.

Data is to be dealt with as a trust item and must be respected.
Data protection ("") is at the discretion of the holder/ controller.
The person shall, on behalf of the head of state, conduct fair measures to maintain data secrecy and control distribution with full knowledge.

Provision [3] defines the privacy standards which we must be maintained.

All data is classed as personal or business data.
Data must not be distributed unless safe and appropriate.
Data should not be used to benefit an external action unless cleared.
All persons reserve the right to information and personal privacy.
We reserve the right to hold, store and delete data, otherwise requested for destruction by the party.
All Avantian operations must demonstrate a clear and active practice.
Data privacy and protection extend outside the workplace, where data is accessible.

Provision [4] defines the responsibility of the treasury.

Ensure compliance knowledge and training is up to date and satisfactory across all Avantian operations.
Ensure the data treasury is in full preparation and is fully functioning.
Act in authority to investigate, trace and destroy data where found.

Provision [5] defines the charges for breach.

Depending on the nature and seriousness of the breach, the person of interest shall be immediately released from his/her duties and possibly reported for serious data protection violations to local authority.
The Avantian family reserves the right to terminate the individual from operating or conducting business till further notice.
Persons who are believed to have breached data shall surrender all materials issued for investigation to the data treasury.
The person shall stand before a voluntary trial organised by the head of state.

"We collect data to process activities in accordance with your acknowledgement for the purchase of goods and services provided by us. The use of data is limited unless authorised by a senior member of the company with trust in liability. Your data will not be:

Distributed maliciously or,
Sold or,
Surrendered.
Uses outside the course of permitted activities.
Stored externally.

Provision [8] Right to withdrawl.

Parties of original data ownership and consent shall reserve the right to have all data stored or held by the Avantian Family destroyed responsibly.
The action must be executed as soon as possible, pending an appropriate request.
