Shipping Destinations: We ship worldwide.
International Shipping Charges & Freight Forwarding: For international deliveries, we'll quote a shipping charge when you place your order. This quoted charge doesn't include deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, Jersey, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight.
International customers also have the option to arrange their own freight forwarding. If you choose this, you can collect your order directly from our partner supplier. This is available for items marked with [PW] on the SKU. To set this up, just email us at piuk@avantianfamily.info after your purchase.
Customs and Clearance Charges: Please note that customs and clearance charges apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
UK Remote Area Charges: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Channel Islands, and other Offshore Islands might incur further charges.
If any additional charges apply as mentioned above, we'll contact you to collect these outstanding amounts to complete your order. Of course, you'll have the option to cancel your order if you'd prefer not to proceed with the extra charges.

Please note that no amendments can be made to your order once it has been placed.
Should any changes be required, you'll need to place a new order.
Accurate Delivery Details: It's your responsibility to ensure all delivery address information is correct and complete. If incorrect details are given, our supplier may apply additional charges.
Clear Access for Delivery: Please ensure your delivery site is clear and accessible for the delivery driver. If there are any potential access issues, it's crucial to inform us before placing your order so we can confirm with our supplier.
Offloading Pallet Deliveries: If your order arrives on pallets, the driver will leave the goods safely outside your premises. It's then your responsibility to move these goods into your premises.
Tail Lift Services: Our deliveries do not automatically include tail lift services. You'll be responsible for offloading goods (e.g., by forklift if available, or by hand for smaller ordered quantities). If you need a tail lift service for goods you expect to arrive on pallets or if you've ordered in bulk, please let us know by email with your order number immediately.
We're proud to say that damages are a rare occurrence, as our supplier takes great pride in the careful handling and dispatch of your goods. However, in the unlikely event you do receive a damaged item or discover a shortage, please follow these steps:
Reporting External Damage: Any external damage must be noted on the driver's delivery note whilst the driver is still present.
You must then call our supplier immediately on 01254790233 and introduce yourself as a buyer from Pegalect International.
Please also take photographic evidence of the damaged goods for Pegalect International to process your claim.
For shortages, our supplier will notify you and only charge for the quantities delivered. Any missing quantities will be fulfilled within a reasonable period.
